DIY Analytics – Widgets

About

Widgets in DIY dashboard comes with internal configurations to change data types, chart types, roles to fetch data for, drill down to get into deeper information on widget component as well as fetch data in CSV format as well as download image for the chart information on widgets. Currently, dashboard supports 20+ widgets relating to multiple workflows supported in Bizom.

Configurations on Widgets

User will be able to make changes in widgets on the go to accommodate these on widgets :-

Data Change

  • Aggregation – User will be able to view data on different aggregations eg- Sum, Count, Average, Min and Max based on the widget support. Eg- View my top salesman on an average data of order amount or view my top salesman on sum of order amount.
  • Data set change– User will be able to change dataset to view different data on the same dimension. EG- Top salesman on basis of Orders can also be viewed as Top salesman on basis of Payments.
  • Roles– For respective widgets, roles can be defined to see data for(5,7,8- Salesman dominant role) . EG- Team Efficiency on the widget can be calculated according to roles 5,7,8 either single or multiple.

Chart Type

  • User can change the chart type of the widget on the basis of data dimensions(1D,2D,3D) for a widget.
  • Combo Charts will be specific for widgets

Drill Down

  • Specific widgets will support drill down support to them. The drill down data will be available as in place drill down to last level as well as raw data giving the result on chart data.
